Is there a free tier?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 CV scans, 3 active jobs, and 1 seat, with no credit card required. Paid plans start at $59/mo. See the pricing page.
Can I import candidates from my ATS?+
CSV import is supported out of the box. Direct ATS integrations are not yet available. If you're on Bullhorn or Salesforce and want a migration helper, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
Where is data hosted?+
On Render in Frankfurt (EU Central). Render is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. Full details on the security page and in the DPA.
How long does onboarding take?+
Solo recruiters are usually screening their first CVs within minutes of signing up. Larger teams typically take a day or two to set up jobs, competencies, and email templates the way they want.
Do you have an API?+
Yes, the Aptly Intelligence API. It's an add-on for customers with an active app subscription. See the API page or read the docs.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans don't auto-renew unless you choose to. Account data is hard-deleted from production within 30 days of a cancellation request.
Why does my receipt say "Black Wolf Analytics LLC"?+
Aptly's payments are processed through our Wyoming-registered affiliate, Black Wolf Analytics LLC. The Aptly service itself is operated by Black Wolf Analytics (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. Both entities are owned by the same founder; the LLC exists for Stripe processing only.
